More About the Artists

Carol Aaron

Aaron tells stories in wax and pigment that begin with chaos, dereliction, and ruination and eventually build into many layers of color and texture speaking of how human nature is linked to surroundings in the form of skyscapes, urban environments, weather or just textures and the nature of wax, pigment and paint.

Laura Sturtz

Sturtz chooses to use leftover materials in her art as much as possible because of her environmental concerns, and awareness of our finite resources. Much of her wood and metal artwork is primarily made from reclaimed/recycled materials. These materials have limitations (that she embraces) and present challenges which affect her designs.

Gabrielle Faust

Faust has been a professional artist and illustrator, as well as published author, for over twenty years. Her work has been featured in multiple exhibits and galleries in both Austin and Houston, as well as numerous publications both online and print, including book covers and editorial illustrations.
