Based on a model by the Ceres Gallery of New York, Link & Pin is pleased to offer
Summer Exposure 2023
Link & Pin will present three simultaneous exhibitions, 2 weeks each, with space available for two- dimensional work. Each artist will be able to fully avail themselves of approximately 22 running feet of wall space with 8-foot ceilings. Each week will consist of 3 artists each with work on one of three pre-designated wall spaces.
These two-week exhibitions will begin Thursday, June 15 and run through Saturday ,August 26 except for July 13-15.

Artists are entirely responsible for delivering, installing and de-installing their own work including labeling all work. Work can either be for sale or not for sale.
Link & Pin will not take a commission on sale of work. Link& Pin will reimburse artists within 45 days of the end of their exhibition if sales were paid to Link & Pin by credit card. The amount will be net of credit card use fees. Sales paid by check or paid to Venmo will be written to the artist’s name and will have no fees deducted. The sales tax on those sales will be the responsibility of the artist.
Reservations are limited to artists on a first come/ first-served basis. Fee payment, receipt of release and a high-res photo are required for confirmation of participation.

Each two-week exhibit will have an exhibition opening on Thursday from 6-8 and will close on Sat at 5 pm. Installations are on Wednesday@ 10am and de-installations are on Saturday @5 pm.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are not able to adhere to these time requirements, please do not signup.
· GALLERY HOURS: 1-5. Thurs-Sat. Thurs evening openings 6-8 pm.
· Artists 18 years of age and older only.
· Painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, mixed-media, and photo allowed.
On installation day, you must bring your work and remove all wrappings. Link & Pin has no room for storage and will not store anything for you. You will install your work with your own tools. The gallery will have Ook hangers available. Link & Pin will light the exhibition. You will provide a price list and all other promotional materials. Link & Pin sends out an e-card for each week of the exhibitions. Link & Pin will provide refreshments.
EXPENSES: $25 payable in advance to reserve your space.
No other fees.

Link & Pin will issue a press release and advertise in numerous online listing sites. Specific dates for delivery, installation and pick-up will be emailed to you as your exhibition date gets closer.
